3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Trainers must hold valid certifications and qualifications to offer services.

4. Services

4.1 Platform Services

Onlifit provides a marketplace connecting fitness clients with certified trainers. We facilitate bookings, communications, and payments but are not responsible for the quality of services provided by trainers.

4.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice.

5. Trainer-Specific Terms

5.1 Professional Standards

Trainers must maintain valid certifications, provide accurate information about their qualifications, and deliver services professionally and safely.

5.2 Commission Fees

Onlifit charges a commission on bookings as outlined in our pricing plans. Fees are deducted automatically from session payments.

5.3 Liability

Trainers are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their services, including liability insurance and client safety.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our platform. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

6.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to fees.

6.3 Disputes

Payment disputes should be reported to our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Scrape or collect user data without permission
  • Circumvent payment systems or fees

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Onlifit or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10.2 Health Disclaimer

Fitness activities carry inherent risks. Users should consult healthcare professionals before starting any fitness program. Onlifit is not liable for injuries or health issues arising from trainer services.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onlifit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
