Yes! Browsing trainers, reading reviews, messaging, and booking sessions is completely free for clients. You only pay for the training sessions you book at the trainer's listed rates.

Absolutely! Many trainers offer both in-person and online sessions. Look for the "Online" badge on trainer profiles. Online sessions are conducted via video call and are perfect if you prefer training from home.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy with a session, contact our support team within 24 hours. We review cases individually and may offer refunds or credits depending on the situation. All trainers are reviewed and rated to ensure quality.

All payments are processed securely through our platform using Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. Payment is held securely until the session is completed.

Click "Become a Trainer" and create your account. Fill out your profile with your qualifications, specialties, pricing, and availability. Once submitted, our team reviews your application (usually within 48 hours). You'll need to provide proof of certification.

We accept certifications from recognized bodies like ACE, NASM, ISSA, K11 Fitness, and other accredited institutions. Yoga teachers should have 200-hour or higher certification. If you're unsure about your certification, contact us and we'll review it.

Our Starter plan is completely free with limited features. Pro plan costs ₹999/month with full features. We also charge a small platform fee (10-15%) on each booking to cover payment processing and platform costs. See our pricing page for details.

After a session is marked as completed, payment is processed within 24-48 hours to your linked bank account. You can track all your earnings and pending payments in your trainer dashboard.

Complete your profile with a professional photo and detailed bio. Get verified for the Pro badge. Collect reviews from satisfied clients. Respond quickly to inquiries. Consider upgrading to Pro for priority search ranking and more visibility.

All trainers go through our verification process which includes: ID verification, certification validation, and background checks for Pro trainers. We also monitor reviews and ratings to ensure ongoing quality.

Yes! We use Razorpay, India's leading payment gateway, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted with bank-level security.

You can delete your account from your profile settings. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days as per our privacy policy. If you have pending bookings or payments, those need to be resolved first.
